RTE Transformers is equipped with a testing lab certified by the Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación (EMA) since 2002.
Laboratory
RTE Transformers is equipped with a testing lab certified by the Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación (EMA) since 2002. The quality assurance procedures are certified compilant to Norm NMX-EC-17025 certificate number EE-094-005/10.
Since january 2017, our lab has also been approved by CONUEE in compilance to Norm NOM-002-SEDE/ENER-2014,has recently been renovated.
Every single one of our transformers are tested to ensure they comply with the current norms, NOM-002-SEDE, NMX-J-116-ANCE, NMX-J-123-ANCE, NMX-J-169-ANCE and NMX-J-285-ANCE, whichever applies to the given case. Thanks to this quality assurance procedure our products have such reliability that allows us to offer 36 months warranty regarding manufacturing defects.
The following tests are carried out on our transformers:
Polarity, phasorial diagram and phases sequency
Transformation relation
Insulation resistance
Windings ohmic resistance
Losses due to load and impedance
Induced voltage
Applied voltage
Windings temperature rise test
Air tightness
Dielectric rupture voltage determination
Vacuum losses
Excitation current
